Research Interests:
My primary research interest leverages the inherent extrapolative potential of continuous molecular representations to efficiently optimize chemical space. In addition, by utilizing these descriptors in concert with a fragment-based approach, targeted materials discovery can be achieved. Other research interests include employing theoretical methods to calculate mechanical properties of ladder polymers and performing conformational assignment of cryptand structures via quantitative predictions of infrared spectra by a local mode model Hamiltonian.

Personal Interests:
To feel the warmth of a crackling fire, to see stars from a grove, to hear Sam’s speech in The Two Towers, to taste the fruit of long, deep relationships, to live known and loved by my Creator.
